Effective Date: January 24, 2026
This Age Restriction Policy sets out the mandatory eligibility conditions governing access to and use of services provided by MEXQuick (the “Platform”). The policy is established to support regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and the integrity of the Platform’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) framework.
Access to the Platform is permitted only to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements described below. Failure to satisfy these requirements constitutes unauthorized use.
Legal Age Requirement for Access and Use
The Platform is available solely to individuals who have reached the age of legal majority. The minimum age for access is eighteen (18) years, or such higher age as may be required under the laws of the user’s jurisdiction of residence.
This requirement reflects the legal and regulatory obligations associated with digital asset services, including contractual capacity, financial accountability, and regulatory oversight. Individuals who have not reached the applicable legal age are not legally permitted to enter binding agreements or assume the risks associated with Platform services.
Prohibition of Access by Minors
Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering for, or using the Platform in any capacity. The Platform does not provide educational, simulated, or custodial services and is not intended for use by individuals lacking full legal capacity.
Accounts identified as being associated with minors may be immediately restricted, suspended, or terminated. Such actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, or risk-management obligations.
Age Verification and KYC Alignment
Age eligibility forms a core component of the Platform’s customer due diligence and KYC procedures. Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information relating to age and identity during registration and throughout the lifecycle of their account.
MEXQuick reserves the right to request documentary verification or additional information where required to confirm eligibility, comply with AML obligations, or address risk indicators. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in restricted access, account suspension, or termination.
Any misrepresentation of age or identity may be treated as a compliance breach and handled in accordance with applicable AML and risk-control procedures.

Jurisdictional Legal Requirements
Age eligibility requirements may vary by jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable age-related laws and regulations in their country or region of residence.
Where local law imposes stricter eligibility thresholds or additional conditions, those requirements shall prevail. The Platform does not assess or provide assurances regarding individual jurisdictional compliance.
Parental or Third-Party Consent
Parental consent, guardian approval, or third-party authorization does not satisfy or override minimum age requirements. Individuals below the applicable legal age are not permitted to access the Platform under any circumstances.
This restriction is mandatory and reflects the non-delegable nature of legal capacity and regulatory accountability within financial and digital asset services.

User Declarations and Responsibility
By accessing or using the Platform, users represent and warrant that they meet all applicable age and eligibility requirements and are legally permitted to engage in digital asset-related activities.
Users act solely on their own behalf. MEXQuick provides technical infrastructure only and does not assume responsibility for user misrepresentation, eligibility failures, or violations of applicable law.
Enforcement and Remedial Measures
Where non-compliance with age eligibility requirements is identified, MEXQuick may take appropriate enforcement action, including restriction of access, suspension of services, or permanent account termination.
Such measures may be implemented immediately and without prior notice where required to meet regulatory, AML, or risk-control obligations.
Policy Review and Amendments
This policy is subject to ongoing review and may be amended to reflect changes in law, regulatory expectations, or Platform operations. Updated versions will be published on mexquick.org and will take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acknowledgment of the current version.
